LaToya is a 20-year IT and business professional with expertise in technology, leadership, business operations and development, and people development. She began her career as an Engineer at NASA for the Space Program after acquiring her Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Business Management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. After relocating to Atlanta, she shifted her focus to web development, business, and SaaS. LaToya used her knowledge and skills to give back to her community by helping non-profits and grassroot organizations gain necessary technology and business knowledge pro-bono. LaToya was appointed to the Atlanta Commission for Women and served as President during her 2 terms. As President she focused on legislation, initiatives, and disparities to women and girls in the City of Atlanta to determine how to improve their overall quality of life. 

By partnering with politicians, local organizations, colleges and universities, small businesses, and entrepreneurs she was able to give back through many endeavors. During this time, she acquired her Master of Science in Business Administration from Troy University in Atlanta to further pursue her goals of becoming a corporate leader, entrepreneur, and business owner. As CEO and co-founder of MEWO Holdings, LaToya is responsible for evaluating business development and operations for all ventures and creating a project plan with solutions. LaToya analyzes the intricacies of each venture to determine areas of expansion, development, and revenue. Her main priority is business technology, people networking, and professional development. LaToya spends her time mentoring professionals to their next level, volunteering in her community, and ensuring entrepreneurs receive guidance to achieve their goals.
